FMG Solomon Kings Valley Ore Processing Facility
Large-scale fibre backbone work across switch rooms, facility buildings and conveyor links.
- More than 3,500 singlemode terminations with 48-core and 72-core backbone cables between over 40 switch rooms and facility buildings.
- 12-core OM3 multimode links daisy chained on conveyor belts from both KV hubs to KV OPF and from KV OPF to Firetail OPF.
- All links were tested to FMG in-house stringent test requirements.
IVDS capability used
Fibre optic termination, network installation support, testing, commissioning and project handover documentation where required.
